Jason is older now and still stays in shape, though he's not quite at Ranger form. He is a little bulkier with more muscles and he has put on a little bit of weight since he was last in action. With the threat of returning evil however, Jason has once more taken up practicing the martial arts every day. He has short-cropped black hair and he prefers to wear jeans and t-shirts, though he can be persuaded to dress up if he has to, though he doesn't necessarily like it.

Personal Information
Character History: Jason was your typical kid growing up, playing with his friends, doing homework, and doing kid things and having a pretty normal life. It wouldn't be until he was fifteen that his world as he knew it would change. When he was fifteen, he and his friends were teleported to a strange type of command center and told that they had been chosen to save the world. Jason was found himself intrigued, but reluctantly left when his friends did. However, they were attacked by Putties and had no choice but to defend themselves. Then, they took the Power Zordon gave them and used it to fight Rita and her monsters. They proved to be tougher than Rita thought, leading her to choose another teenager---Tommy Oliver---to battle them as her evil Green Ranger, who nearly destroyed them all before Jason and the others managed to break her spell over the boy.
Jason would be the leader for a little over a year before his best friend Tommy would take over as decreed by Zordon. Jason was hurt by the replacement but held no resentment as Tommy was his best friend and he trusted Zordon's judgment and it all worked out when he was chosen to go to the Peace Conference. At the Peace Conference, Jason lead many debates and worked out ways for peace to be resolved, but he had a warrior's heart which soon made him restless and longing for action.
Jason would later come back to take on the Gold Ranger Powers which he loved, though the Powers turned out to be only temporary and he eventually had to transfer them back to their original owner, Trey of Triforia before the Powers killed him.
After his stint as the Gold Ranger, Jason focused on living a regular life, and even visited Kimberly in Florida, and ended up getting kidnapped, taken to another dimension, and being held as "snack food for a monster with the munchies" as Kimberly put it. To his dismay, he and Kimberly would soon be turned evil and forced to fight against their friends before the spell was broken. Shortly after their adventure, Jason---along with the first team of Turbo Rangers---graduated from Angel Grove High. After graduation, Jason left Angel Grove to go to college and found himself following in his father's footsteps, studying criminal justice and working to become a cop.
Jason would return to active duty one time during his college/after college days and it was a Reds only mission which was also during a time he was getting ready to move to Chicago. Shortly after that, he did in fact move, gaining a spot on the Chicago Police Department where he put his heart and soul into his work just as he put his heart and soul into his duties as a Ranger. Now he's back in Angel Grove having transferred there from Chicago. Along with police duties, Jason has found himself once again taking up the mantle of the Red Ranger and he couldn't be happier.
Jason's parents Chris and Janet Scott were a police chief and worker at Angel Grove's orphanage Little Haven respectively. Chris is now retired though Janet still works at Little Haven. Jason has cousins on both sides but only two that he's particularly close with: Jeremy who's younger and Veronica who's the same age.:
Ranger History:
Likes: Martial arts, action movies, rock music, being a Power Ranger, and hanging out with friends and family. Dislikes: evil, bullies, fighting with his friends, evil, and homework.
Personality:Gets along with pretty much everybody (Bulk and Skull being the exception, though he's never overly rude to them) unless under a spell. He has a take-charge attitude which served him well as the Rangers' leader, but also knows how to follow orders. Was okay with Tommy being made the leader, and was happy to come back to the Rangers after he finished his stint at the Peace Conference. He can be stubborn which helps him solve occasional problems that pop up battling Rita and Zedd, but can lead to dissension when he feels he's in the right.
Has three individual scars on his three middle fingers and a scar on his right arm, all which came from a fight with Goldar in Rita's Dark Dimension. Also has a small scar on his left leg from crashing his bicycle when he was younger. All scars are easily covered, but you can't really see the scar on his leg or the individual scars on his fingers unless you're really looking for them.:

Roleplay Sample:Jason walked through Angel Grove Park at a leisurely pace. Suddenly he heard rustling coming from the trees. He looked around intently. Everything looked peaceful, but how many times had they been attacked by Putties or a monster here? The rustling came again and Jason dropped into a defensive crouch.
"Come out whoever, or whatever you are!" he called Zack laughed as he came out from behind a tree.
"You should've seen your face," he chortled.
"Bro, so not cool," Jason chided. There was a strange blubbering noise and Putties surrounded them. They got into stances of defense. The Putties came at them and they quickly spread out. Zack lashed out with a kick and then rolled forward, dodging a blow. Jason struck a Putty with two side kicks and then jumped into air, barely escaping a strike. Jason looked over to Zack, and caught his eye. He discreetly made a rolling motion and pointed up with his hand. Zack nodded. Then, as one, they somersaulted away from the Putties and then jumped into the middle of the clay beings.
"Watch it!" Zack warned, pushing Jason to his knees and karate chopping a Putty that had swung at his friend's head.
"Back!" Jason cried, pushing Zack into another roll, allowing his friend to escape a double team. Within a few minutes, they had made short work of the clay creatures. They looked at each other.
"Definitely not what I had in mind for this afternoon's work out," Jason commented.
"Whoo! I hear that!" Zack agreed. Then, they took off, heading for the youth center.
Made the additions. If the format's off, let me know and I'll see if I can fix it.
